return policy / right of withdrawal

we want you to love your look cute. pieces. if you don’t, here’s how returns work – the official version (with a little cuteness on the side).

your right to return
you have the right to return items within 14 days without giving any reason. the 14-day period starts on the day your order is delivered to you.

conditions for returns
to qualify for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- with original tags and packaging
- free of perfume, makeup, pet hair or other marks

how to start a return
1. email us at hello@lookcute.me with your order number and reason for return.
2. we’ll send you the return address and detailed instructions (since returns are processed by our fulfillment partner printful, the return address depends on your delivery region – for example riga, barcelona, coppell, etc.).
3. pack it up and ship it back – no glitter bombs, please.

return shipping costs
- normally, you cover the return shipping.
- if the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we’ll cover the costs.

refunds
once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

exclusions

- items marked as “final sale”
