production time
it takes 1–3 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your items after you place your order.

shipping time
- us & europe: usually 5–12 business days total
- rest of the world: usually 7–20 business days total
(delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination).

where we ship from
to reduce carbon footprint and speed things up, your order ships from the fulfillment center closest to you (us, europe, mexico, canada, australia).

shipping options & costs
shipping costs are calculated at checkout in real time, based on your location, products, and chosen delivery speed. carriers may include usps, dhl, fedex, or local providers.

tracking
once your order leaves the facility, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link for real-time updates.

responsibility
after your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping, except where required by law.
